CVL Structural Engineering was established in Athens in 2016 by Costas Vlachos.
Costas Vlachos gratuated from National Technical University of Athens in 1994, from the school of Civil Engneering. His diploma thesis was awarded the first prize by the Technical Chamber of Greece. He has extensive experience in the design and upgrading of complex projects, in Greece and abroad. Between 1994 and 1996 he was a research associate at the road design laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens.
